Delinquency Processing

Delinquency processing is performed on a daily basis. All individuals who are delinquent in accordance with predetermined rules are presented for user review. Delinquency correspondence is automatically generated in accordance with the requirements of each individual State.

Cancellation functions are also performed on a daily basis. Potential cancellations resulting from delinquency are automatically displayed for user action. Requested cancellations are entered, and prorata refunds are automatically calculated. Insured cancellation correspondence is automatically generated as required.

Proof of Mailing is provided for all cancellation notification and non-renewal correspondence.
